Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Inside Resell, operated by FJA management.

It explains our rules regarding digital products, cancellations, refunds and our additional 90-Day Sale Guarantee.

Company name: FJA management
Trading name: Inside Resell

1. Digital Products

Inside Resell sells digital products, including supplier packs, supplier information, supplier links, sourcing guides, reselling guides and related digital resources.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no physical product is supplied by Inside Resell.

Digital products are normally made available electronically shortly after successful payment.

2. Immediate Digital Delivery

By choosing immediate access, customers may receive their digital product before the standard statutory withdrawal period has expired.

Where required by applicable law, before immediate delivery begins the customer must expressly consent to delivery beginning immediately and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once performance of the digital content begins.

The customer must also receive confirmation of this consent.

Under EU rules for paid digital content not supplied on a physical medium, loss of the withdrawal right requires prior express consent and acknowledgement from the consumer.

3. Standard Refund Policy

Once access to a digital product has been supplied, purchases are non-refundable under our voluntary refund policy, except:

  • where the 90-Day Sale Guarantee described below applies;

  • where the customer was incorrectly charged;

  • where the same product was accidentally purchased more than once;

  • where a technical issue caused by Inside Resell prevents access and we cannot reasonably resolve it;

  • where the digital product materially fails to conform to what was promised; or

  • where a refund, price reduction or other remedy is required under applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Digital content is subject to statutory conformity requirements. A commercial refund policy or guarantee cannot replace those rights.

4. Change of Mind

Because customers receive access to valuable digital supplier information immediately, we do not provide voluntary refunds simply because a customer:

  • changed their mind;

  • no longer wants to start reselling;

  • decided not to use the suppliers;

  • did not order from a supplier;

  • did not use the information provided;

  • expected different personal results;

  • found a supplier independently after purchasing;

  • no longer has time to use the product.

This rule applies once digital access has begun, subject always to mandatory consumer law.

5. The 90-Day Sale Guarantee

Certain eligible Inside Resell products may include an additional 90-Day Sale Guarantee.

This is a voluntary commercial guarantee offered by FJA management in addition to any rights customers already have under applicable law.

The guarantee only applies where the relevant product page explicitly states that the 90-Day Sale Guarantee is included.

Purchasing another Inside Resell product does not automatically make that purchase eligible.

Guarantee Provider

FJA management / Inside Resell
Herengracht 582
1017 CJ Amsterdam
The Netherlands

Guarantee Period

The guarantee begins on the calendar date on which the eligible Inside Resell supplier pack is purchased and runs for 90 calendar days.

Territory

The commercial guarantee is available worldwide where:

  • the eligible Inside Resell product is offered for sale;

  • the customer can legally use the relevant suppliers and resale platforms; and

  • the guarantee is not prohibited by local law.

Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. What the 90-Day Sale Guarantee Covers

The guarantee relates only to the purchase price paid for the eligible Inside Resell digital supplier pack.

If every condition in this Policy is satisfied and the qualifying item has genuinely remained unsold throughout the required period, the customer may request reimbursement of the amount paid for the eligible Inside Resell supplier pack.

The guarantee does not reimburse:

  • clothing purchased from suppliers;

  • supplier shipping charges;

  • customs duties;

  • taxes charged by suppliers;

  • marketplace fees;

  • payment fees;

  • advertising costs;

  • packaging;

  • return shipping;

  • currency conversion costs;

  • losses on inventory;

  • lost profits;

  • other business expenses.

7. All Conditions Must Be Met

The 90-Day Sale Guarantee applies only where the customer satisfies every applicable requirement below.

Failure to satisfy any material requirement means the voluntary 90-Day Sale Guarantee does not apply.

This does not affect statutory rights.

8. Purchase From an Included Supplier

Within 7 calendar days after purchasing the eligible Inside Resell supplier pack, the customer must place an actual order with a supplier included in that specific pack.

The purchased item must:

  • be purchased directly from an included supplier;

  • be suitable for resale;

  • be a clothing item or other resale product covered by that pack;

  • have been paid for by the same customer claiming the guarantee.

Purchases from suppliers that were not included in the purchased pack do not qualify.

9. Proof of Supplier Purchase

The customer must retain proof of the supplier purchase.

This must include, where available:

  • supplier name;

  • order number;

  • order date;

  • item purchased;

  • purchase price;

  • delivery address or customer details;

  • proof of payment.

Inside Resell may request the original supplier invoice, receipt or order confirmation.

Screenshots must be complete and unedited.

10. Delivery Evidence

The customer must keep evidence showing when the qualifying item was delivered by the supplier.

Accepted evidence may include:

  • carrier tracking;

  • delivery confirmation;

  • supplier order status;

  • dated proof of delivery.

This date is used to verify when the listing requirements began.

11. Listing Within Three Days

The qualifying item must be publicly listed for sale within 3 calendar days after supplier delivery.

The listing must represent the actual item received.

The customer may not wait several weeks before listing the item and later claim that it did not sell.

12. Guarantee Registration

The 90-Day Sale Guarantee must be activated.

Within 72 hours after the first qualifying listing is published, the customer must submit evidence to Inside Resell.

The initial evidence must include:

  • supplier order confirmation;

  • proof of delivery;

  • screenshot of the live marketplace listing;

  • marketplace username;

  • direct listing URL where available;

  • listing publication date;

  • item photographs;

  • item brand;

  • item size;

  • item condition;

  • original asking price.

If the customer does not register the qualifying listing within this period, the voluntary Sale Guarantee does not apply.

Registration cannot normally be created retrospectively on day 90.

13. Required Marketplace Activity

The qualifying item must be genuinely offered for sale.

The customer must list the item on at least two established resale marketplaces available in their country.

Examples can include:

  • Vinted;

  • eBay;

  • Depop;

  • another comparable established resale marketplace.

At least one listing must remain publicly available throughout the applicable selling period unless removal is caused solely by a marketplace technical issue outside the customer's control.

14. Listings Must Remain Active

The qualifying item must remain genuinely available for purchase until:

  • it is sold; or

  • the 90-Day Sale Guarantee period ends.

The customer may not deliberately:

  • hide the listing;

  • deactivate it;

  • delete it for extended periods;

  • mark it as sold when it is not sold;

  • reserve it indefinitely;

  • make the listing inaccessible;

  • temporarily remove it to avoid buyers;

  • otherwise prevent genuine customers from purchasing it.

Short interruptions caused by a documented marketplace technical problem may be considered where adequate evidence is supplied.

15. Genuine Listing Requirements

Listings must be reasonably capable of generating a sale.

Each listing must contain:

  • clear photographs of the actual product;

  • accurate brand information;

  • correct size;

  • accurate condition;

  • an understandable description;

  • reasonable shipping options;

  • a genuine selling price.

Listings that contain deliberately misleading, incomplete or discouraging information are not eligible.

16. Market-Conform Pricing

The customer cannot qualify by deliberately pricing an item at an unrealistic amount.

The asking price must be reasonably consistent with the market value of comparable items.

If requested, the customer must supply at least three reasonably comparable listings or completed sales supporting their asking price.

Relevant comparisons should, where reasonably possible, involve a similar:

  • brand;

  • product type;

  • condition;

  • size or model;

  • marketplace;

  • time period.

17. Mandatory Price Reductions

If the item remains unsold, the customer must actively attempt to improve its chances of selling.

Unless the item has already sold:

  • by approximately day 30, the original asking price must be reduced by at least 10%;

  • by approximately day 60, the then-current asking price must be reduced by a further 10%.

The customer must retain dated evidence of both price reductions.

Artificially increasing the price before a required reduction does not satisfy this condition.

18. Buyer Messages and Offers

The customer must genuinely engage with potential buyers.

Where marketplace records are available, customers must respond to genuine buyer enquiries within a reasonable period, normally 48 hours.

A customer may not intentionally reject normal purchasing activity solely to preserve a future guarantee claim.

If a genuine buyer offers at least 90% of the customer's current publicly advertised price, deliberately refusing the offer without a reasonable justification may make the item ineligible for the voluntary Sale Guarantee.

The customer is never required to accept suspicious, fraudulent or unsafe transactions.

19. The Item Must Remain Unsold

The Sale Guarantee applies only if the qualifying item genuinely remains unsold.

An item does not qualify if it has been:

  • sold on Vinted;

  • sold on eBay;

  • sold on Depop;

  • sold on another marketplace;

  • sold through Instagram, TikTok or another social platform;

  • sold privately;

  • exchanged for money or other value;

  • sold and subsequently returned by the buyer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Inside Resell.

Moving a transaction outside a marketplace does not make an item “unsold”.

20. Evidence Checkpoints

Customers claiming the guarantee must be able to demonstrate that they genuinely attempted to sell the qualifying item throughout the guarantee period.

Inside Resell may require dated evidence around:

  • the initial listing;

  • approximately day 30;

  • approximately day 60;

  • the end of the 90-day period.

Evidence may include:

  • screenshots of active listings;

  • listing URLs;

  • price history;

  • marketplace statistics;

  • buyer messages;

  • offer history;

  • account selling history;

  • marketplace order history.

Customers should retain this evidence throughout the guarantee period.

21. Day-90 Claim Evidence

A final guarantee request must include sufficient evidence to verify eligibility.

This may include:

  1. Inside Resell order number;

  2. original supplier order confirmation;

  3. supplier payment evidence;

  4. supplier delivery evidence;

  5. original listing evidence;

  6. marketplace usernames;

  7. listing URLs;

  8. screenshots showing listing dates;

  9. day-30 evidence;

  10. day-60 evidence;

  11. price reduction evidence;

  12. current or final listing evidence;

  13. relevant sales/order history;

  14. evidence that the qualifying item has not been sold;

  15. any other information reasonably necessary to verify compliance with the published guarantee conditions.

Inside Resell may request original, uncropped or additional evidence where reasonably required to establish authenticity.

22. Claim Deadline

A Sale Guarantee claim may only be submitted after the 90-day guarantee period has ended.

The complete claim must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the end of day 90.

Claims submitted later are not eligible under the voluntary commercial guarantee unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

23. One Guarantee Claim Per Order

The Sale Guarantee:

  • is limited to one successful guarantee claim per eligible Inside Resell order;

  • belongs only to the original purchaser;

  • cannot be transferred;

  • cannot be sold;

  • cannot be assigned to another person.

A customer cannot obtain multiple refunds for the same Inside Resell purchase.

24. Fraud and Manipulated Evidence

The guarantee does not apply where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or deliberate manipulation.

Examples include:

  • edited screenshots;

  • altered dates;

  • fabricated invoices;

  • fake listings;

  • fake buyer conversations;

  • listing an item only temporarily to create evidence;

  • selling an item through another account while claiming it remains unsold;

  • using another person's marketplace account to conceal a sale;

  • manipulating prices solely to appear compliant;

  • deliberately preventing buyers from purchasing.

Where authenticity of evidence is reasonably disputed, Inside Resell may request further verification before deciding a commercial guarantee claim.

25. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

A customer cannot simultaneously receive reimbursement under the voluntary Sale Guarantee and retain reimbursement obtained through a duplicate payment reversal, chargeback or other refund for the same Inside Resell purchase.

This does not restrict a consumer's legal rights to dispute genuinely unauthorized or legally disputable transactions.

26. Supplier Problems

The Sale Guarantee is intended to cover a genuine attempt to resell qualifying stock.

Problems relating to an independent supplier, such as:

  • supplier cancellation;

  • non-delivery;

  • incorrect supplier shipment;

  • defective supplier goods;

  • disputes directly concerning the supplier transaction,

should normally first be raised with the relevant supplier.

Nothing in this clause removes statutory rights a customer may separately have against Inside Resell concerning the digital product purchased from Inside Resell.

27. Marketplace Restrictions

Customers are responsible for complying with the marketplace's terms.

An item removed because the customer:

  • violated marketplace rules;

  • used prohibited images;

  • provided inaccurate product information;

  • violated authenticity requirements;

  • violated account rules,

does not automatically remain eligible for the Sale Guarantee.

Customers must take reasonable steps to maintain valid listings.

28. Guarantee Decision

Inside Resell will assess submitted evidence against the published conditions of this Policy.

Claims will not be rejected arbitrarily.

Where information is incomplete, we may request additional reasonable evidence before completing our assessment.

If the customer meets all conditions, the applicable Inside Resell supplier pack purchase price will be refunded using an appropriate available payment method.

29. Statutory Rights Remain Unaffected

The 90-Day Sale Guarantee is an additional commercial guarantee.

It does not replace, reduce or remove any statutory rights that consumers have under applicable law.

Under Dutch consumer law, statutory rights apply alongside any additional commercial guarantee a seller chooses to provide.

30. Cancellations Before Access

Where digital access has not yet begun and a customer validly exercises a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, the request will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Where immediate digital delivery has already begun following valid consent and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply.

For online digital content, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day withdrawal period unless the statutory requirements for early performance and loss of that right are satisfied.

31. Technical Access Problems

If a customer cannot access a purchased digital product because of a technical issue on our side, they should contact us at:

support@insideresell.com

We will first attempt to restore or provide access within a reasonable period.

Where applicable law requires another remedy, those rights remain unaffected.

32. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy for future purchases.

The version applicable to a customer's commercial Sale Guarantee is the version provided or made available in connection with their purchase, subject to applicable law.

Material guarantee conditions will not be retrospectively changed to disadvantage an already eligible claim.
