These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Inside Resell, operated by FJA management, and to the use of our website, digital products, supplier packs, guides and related services.

By placing an order through Inside Resell, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Inside Resell

Inside Resell provides digital products designed to help customers source clothing and other products for resale.

Our digital products may include supplier links, supplier information, sourcing guides, reselling guides and other educational resources.

2. Digital Products

All products sold by Inside Resell are digital unless clearly stated otherwise.

Depending on the product purchased, you may receive access to:

  • Supplier names and supplier links

  • Supplier websites or contact information

  • Sourcing information

  • Reselling guides

  • Educational material

  • Other digital resources described on the relevant product page

The exact contents of each product are shown on its product page before purchase.

No physical product is shipped by Inside Resell when purchasing a digital supplier pack or guide.

3. Delivery and Access

Digital products are delivered electronically.

After successful payment, access is normally sent directly to the email address provided during checkout.

You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address.

If you do not receive your purchase, check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still missing, contact us at support@insideresell.com.

4. Supplier Information

The suppliers included in our digital products are independent third parties.

Inside Resell does not own or operate these suppliers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If you purchase clothing or other goods from a supplier, that purchase is made directly between you and the supplier.

Supplier information may change over time, including:

  • Prices

  • Stock

  • Available brands or products

  • Minimum order quantities

  • Delivery times

  • Websites

  • Contact details

  • Shipping policies

  • Other supplier conditions

We aim to keep our supplier information useful and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that third-party information will remain unchanged permanently.

5. Supplier Delivery Times

Delivery times mentioned by Inside Resell relate to delivery from the relevant supplier.

Where we state that a supplier normally delivers within 3–5 working days, this is an estimated supplier delivery time and not a guaranteed delivery date from Inside Resell.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the supplier, courier, destination, stock availability and other circumstances outside our control.

6. Prices and Payment

The price of each digital product is displayed before checkout.

The final price and currency will be shown before payment is completed.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

Our supplier packs and guides are digital content that may be delivered immediately after purchase.

Where required by applicable consumer law, immediate access is provided after the customer expressly agrees to:

  1. receive the digital content before the normal withdrawal period has ended; and

  2. acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery of the digital content begins.

Where these legal requirements have not been correctly met, any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Refunds

Because our products are digital and can be accessed immediately, refunds are generally not available after access has been supplied where the customer has validly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the applicable right of withdrawal.

This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact us if:

  • You were charged incorrectly

  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once

  • A technical issue on our side prevents access

  • The digital product materially differs from what was advertised

Each request will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

Our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy may provide additional information.

9. Personal Use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the digital product.

You may use supplier information contained in your purchase for your own sourcing and reselling activities.

You may not:

  • Resell our supplier packs

  • Share paid supplier links or supplier lists with others

  • Redistribute our guides

  • Publish paid content publicly

  • Upload our products to other websites or communities

  • Sell copies of our content as your own

  • Share your paid access with third parties

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our content or intellectual property to you.

10. Intellectual Property

Original Inside Resell content, including guides, written material, branding, layouts and other original digital materials, remains the property of FJA management or its applicable licensors.

Third-party company names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Mentioning or linking to a supplier or brand does not automatically mean that Inside Resell is affiliated with, sponsored by or officially partnered with that company.

11. Authenticity and Third-Party Products

Inside Resell aims to provide supplier information suitable for sourcing genuine clothing and products.

However, suppliers operate independently from Inside Resell.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing the products, descriptions, invoices, authenticity information and terms offered by a supplier before purchasing stock.

Inside Resell does not manufacture or physically inspect every individual item purchased by customers from third-party suppliers.

12. No Earnings Guarantee

Inside Resell provides supplier information and educational resources.

We do not guarantee any specific:

  • Revenue

  • Profit

  • Sales

  • Resale price

  • Margin

  • Business result

Results can vary depending on factors such as product selection, purchase price, demand, selling platform, fees, competition, product condition and your own business decisions.

Any examples of potential margins or resale prices shown on our website are illustrative and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

13. Third-Party Websites

Our products may contain links to supplier websites and other third-party services.

Inside Resell is not responsible for the availability, security, privacy practices, terms or operation of independent third-party websites.

Before ordering from a supplier, you should review that supplier's own terms, policies and product information.

14. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing supplier information before purchasing stock

  • Determining whether a product is suitable for resale

  • Following applicable laws and tax obligations

  • Following the rules of marketplaces you use

  • Checking product condition and authenticity where appropriate

  • Providing correct information when purchasing from Inside Resell

  • Using our digital products lawfully

15. Misuse of Digital Products

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably determine that our products are being:

  • Redistributed without permission

  • Resold without authorization

  • Shared publicly

  • Used fraudulently

  • Obtained through payment fraud or chargeback abuse

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

16. Website Availability

We may temporarily change, update or suspend parts of our website for maintenance, technical issues or improvements.

We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption.

17. Changes to Supplier Packs

Supplier packs may be updated over time.

We may replace or remove supplier information where a supplier:

  • Stops operating

  • Changes its business model

  • Becomes unavailable

  • No longer meets the purpose of the relevant pack

  • Changes its website or contact details

These updates help us keep the digital products useful and relevant.

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inside Resell is not responsible for losses caused solely by independent third-party suppliers, couriers, marketplaces, payment providers or other parties outside our reasonable control.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We will review the issue and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

If you are a consumer living in another country where mandatory consumer protection rules apply, these Terms do not remove rights that you are legally entitled to under those mandatory rules.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our website, products, business practices or legal requirements change.

The latest version will always show the applicable Last updated date.
